Dee Turman is a creative and strategic leader with nearly two decades experience driving innovation, multi-platform partnerships and award-winning content for diverse creators, emerging voices, game-changing brands and the biggest names in music, sports and culture. She is currently a global content programming and strategy executive at Audible. Prior to Audible, she lead artist content strategy for Amazon Music and launched Amazon’s first state-of-the art creator space in Los Angeles. Before Amazon, Dee was Head of Digital Development & Production at Reese Witherspoon’s Hello Sunshine.

Earlier in her career, she also built brand studios, launched podcasts, developed and discovered talent, and held producer roles at places like LeBron James and Maverick Carter’s UNINTERRUPTED, Emerson Collective’s Pop-Up Magazine, Conan O’Brien’s Team Coco, ESPN and The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Dee graduated from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. She’s a 2024 ADCOLOR Leader, an advisor to MOSH Audio and FUTURE NOW Media Foundation, and a longtime Habitat for Humanity volunteer.

She’s also a rare LA native, mother of two, aspiring momager and beauty/skincare expert.
